Returns
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
To submit a claim:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

A brief description of the problem

Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If approved, we will offer:

A free replacement, or
-
A refund (issued to the original payment method)
We do not require the item to be returned unless specifically requested.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was not delivered, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost in transit, send a replacement.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Orders returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
